Hi, my name is Johanna, 43 years old and I have my roots in a beautiful green region in Belgium called de Kempen.
Are you struggling with relationships, boundaries, trauma, intimacy, emotional blocks, confidence or major life changes? I am here to support you on your journey towards self healing and living your life authentically.
I can always find time for a good story, which is why I will love listening to yours.
With my professional background and graduate orthopedagogy I was active for more than 15 years as a trainer, jobcoach and specialist in the hr-sector.
In my practice I use transactional analysis from my coaching background and combine this with my training as an embodied coach and therapist. The embodied approach is rooted in guiding a person towards their goals and personal healing journey through talk therapy, grounding and emotional bodywork. It also includes trauma release as an invitation to reclaim ownership of your life.
Next to my one on one mentorships I also offer guidance and deeper connection through women’s circles. It is my intention to create a safe community for curious, mature and enterprising women who feel inspired to follow the call of their hearts within my women’s circles. My monthly circles are accessible both live, where I live in Belgium and online.
Oftentimes I hear my clients telling me that I evoke a deep feeling of safety, which is deeply necessary for the work I do with people. I hold space for you so you can share your story with me wholeheartedly. From there we can start going inside, explore what is ready to be seen and to be healed. When you feel ready and no sooner than that, we can start moving outside, towards healthy relationships, warm connections so you can start thriving instead of surviving.
I am deeply passionate about my work but there is so much more to life than work. When I am not working you can find me in the woods, sitting around a fire with friends or reading a book with my cat Rowan on my lap. I have this travel microbe that just won’t go away so whenever I have the time I’m out in the world, exploring new cultures, stories and places of old.
